Die cut visiting cards printing service

We offer die cutting of spot uv laminated cards for minimum order quantity of 1000 cards. Traditionally business cards used to be majorly rectangular in shape and few times it is printed in square shape. Some printing companies offer die cut cards with round corners. We employ laser cutting to ensure that cutting is smooth and same on all cards. You won't find a card which is unevenly cut or with rough edges.

Spot uv die cut cards are available for ordering for both single side & both sides cards. Superior matt lamination is compulsory done on all cards, spot uv effect is optional, though rates will remain same even if you want cards with or without spot uv effect.

Die cut shapes

There are 6 shapes as shown below in the picture that we offer for die cut. We do come with new shapes and ideas after pilot testing the shapes, so don't be surprised, if you find many more shapes added to these 6 die cuts in coming future.

Artwork specification & design

Die cut cards design size should be 93x56 mm i.E 9.3x5.6 cm. Size after cutting will be 92x54 mm. You have to email the design in corel draw format with seperate file for spot uv portion. If you have made design in some other format or require help then you can email us your design and our design team will be happy to help you to make your design print ready.

Production time

Production time for these cards with die cut for all 6 shapes is 7 working days, with production schedule on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So order which are placed on Monday will be ready on next Monday, order placed on Tuesday will be ready on next week Wednesday.

Printing cost

Printing cost for 1000 cards single side will be Rs 1375/- and both sides will be Rs 1599/-.
