How to repair your broken standee

We will learn the ways to self repair your broken standee. This product is an advertising genius mindset and a production punch. In small carry case area of 3ft in width and 6-8 inch in height after packing, it makes for a compact marketing tool.

It works on basic principle of spring coil mechanism. As they say higher the functional complexity and compactness, higher are the chance of damage and accidents. This product gets broken either during transit or usage. Transits can be broadly classified as below:-

• Printer to Customer place
• Customer to venue
• Customer to other location via courier

It is advisable to take due care of your product via transit. Pack them well with bubble packaging. Usage is the other major contributor of the damages.

Aluminium rod string wire is broken

This string wire keeps the 3 rods together. Its main purpose is to just keep these 3 rods together and nothing else. In itself it is not something which will make your product fail.

Unless you are too hell bent on perfectness, you can take this on your chin and move on.

Spring is broken and standee won't go in

This a serious problem when the spring of the standee is broken and it won't go inside again. Unless you are not good in repairing the instruments and gadgets, which most of us are not, you should not try your hand on it. There are few you tube videos available on how to do it, but it is better to keep them with videos alone. You should contact your printer if that problem was from the start itself. They may be able to repair it at your site or may ask you to ship it back to them for repairing.

Surface damage during the transit

Roll up standees are made of aluminium and nor iron to keep them light weight and easy to carry. This make them susceptible to surface damages as aluminum tends to bend easily than iron sheet.

As it is likely that even a new blemish free product will get few bends here and there after few usage.

Carry case of the standee

Don't forget or misplace your standee cover. Standee comes in black carry case and their is supply of 1 carry case per stand. You won't see them available in the market as well. Unless someone has some returned stock, you won't find them available almost anywhere. Also as these case are thin you should be easy while carrying them.

Rods are broken

You would be really playing hard with the standee if you have broken the rods. Though bend can take place which too is highly unlikely but extreme strength is require to broke these rods.

. It is just like someone standing outside the China bazaar and shouting china bazaar and showing direction to onlookers.

Screw came out from base

Sometimes screw can come out of the standee during the transit if they are not properly screwed. You can screw them up again which is safe to do. But be easy, don't apply too much pressure else it will become free.
