NCR Bill Book Printing

NCR is acronym for No Carbon Required. As name suggest these are the bill book which don't require any additional carbon sheets to be inserted for impressions to be created on the duplicate copies. These are also known as carbonless sheets. With advancement in the printing technology there was take over of these NCR form in invoicing both computerized and hand written.

As it can be pain replacing the carbon every time there was a definite gap which was fulfilled by these NCR forms. NCR form though are expensive than plain bill book but still they save high on time and there is no need of spending extra on the carbon paper. Carbon paper last for few prints only. If we add all the cost it will be only wise to go with carbonless NCR form printing. Here we have to write only on the parent copy and impression get formed automatically on the duplicate copies.

These are available in A6, A5 and A4 sizes. We can print them in 1, 2 or 3 colors. Higher the printing color higher will be the cost. These are available in 1+1, 1+2, 1+3 copies. 1+1 booklet has 1 original NCR booklet copy and 1 duplicate copy. 1+2 will have 1 original and 2 duplicate also called duplicate and triplicate copy. 1+3 will have 1 parent and 3 duplicate copies - duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate copy.

We don't print more than 3 duplicate copies booklet as the impression on the 5th page and onward will not be smooth. We have too write too hard for impressions to be visible on the 5th copy. Till 4th color copy it is manageable. There are different color for different pages to differentiate. Parent copy is white, followed with pink, yellow and blue. We also have provision of using green copy as well if required.

Numbering is available complimentary. Serial numbering is available from 4 digit to 7 digit automatic number formatting. You need to inform us at the time of placing the order if numbering is required as by default there is no numbering. We only offer numbering if we are advised and the starting serial number also needs to be provided.

There are 100 pages + 100 pages that is total 200 pages in 1+1 booklet. In 1+2 and 1+3 booklet we have 50 original and 50 duplicates i.e. 1+2 will have total 50+50+50 i.e. 150 pages and 1+3 will have 50+50+50+50 i.e 200 pages.

These are available in pad form or book form binding. Punch hole can also be offered. Perforation is done on left or top. Stapling set of invoice is also available.
