Bafna cards are available in standard rectangular size which is 92x54 mm after cutting. Size is slighly bigger than instant visiting cards printed by digital printers which is 89x48 mm. All these cards comes with the lamination. There is option of 6 die cut shapes available as well to choose from.

Die cut visiting cards

Bafna visiting cards are available in 6 different die cut shapes as highlighted above. These are numbered from D0 to D6 with D0 as small round edges on all sides. These die cut cards are available for 360 gsm thick art card only. They are not available for non terrable and velvet cards at the moment.

Also note that design of the die cut cards should have all text matter and design within the die shape. Spot UV effect is complimentary in these cards. You have to provide the UV design file as separate block highlighted with black color. Black color will only be used as the portion for highlighting effect and the print color will not be black. How to design business cards

For printing, you have to submit the design in corel draw format only. Any other format like pdf, ai, psd, images are not accepted. There is no design editing, correction possible as well. In case there is issue with the design, bafna cards will not be responsible for any wrong printing.

All design front and back and multiple copies should be there in page 1 only, don't make multiple pages for different names or front and back. Check all images used in the design should be in CMYK format with resolution of more than 300 DPI. Avoid using registration color like C=100,M=100,Y=100 and K=100. Spot UV portion should be completely highlighted in black color i.e. C=0,M=0,Y=0,K=100. There will no Spot UV on any portion which is not black.

Delivery and production time

It takes 7 days for production of any type of cards. Under no circumstances bafna cards will be able to expedite the production of these cards. Delivery charges will be additional and as per actual.
