Q. I would like to make edit in my design files.?
We do offer custom designing & editing services. Minor do-able design edits are done at no additional fees. You can go to check design file section & upload design. Don't forget to mention the design requirements in message field.

Designing quote will be shared with you after understanding your requirements.

Q. In which format design files are provided?
We provide you with design in open format like pdf,cdr,ai,psd etc & also in image format like png,jpeg,tiff etc.

Q. How many number of options are provided for design?
We have experienced design team who work closely on your requirements. We don't believe in give and take approach where you got no choice but to choose 1 from 3 or 4 options. Team gets into action only once both of us are clear on our design goals & what needs to be acheived.

Q. Do I have to make payment prior to designing?
Yes, we process all orders for designing after receiving complete payment.

Q. How can I make payment?
We accept almost all online payment methods, you can pay via credit, debit, net banking, cash card, mobile wallets like paytm etc.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with your designing work?
No issues, we only bill you if you are happy. In case you are not satisfied, your amount will be moved back to your account which you can use for ordering any products on our website.

Q. What are the requisites required?
You can provide us with your company logo, images, pictures, content that you wish to incorporate in the design. In case, you wish to us to search and use, we are also ok with that.

Q. How will this work?
Once your order is placed, our designer will call you to understand your requirements. Once objectives are finalised, design will commence and copies with iterations will be shared on email for approval.
